Portfolio Requirements

Student Portfolio Requirements: 
Each 9 weeks, students must upload artifacts to his or her online portfolio. These artifacts can range from essays to projects completed. Artifacts may be in the form of file uploads, attachments, or links. The goal is to demonstrate your best work to see growth over the school year. Here are the minimum requirements for artifacts each 9 weeks:  

1. Essay 
2. Presentation project (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.) 
3. Uploaded unit test (Poetry test, novel test, etc.)
4. Constructed response from any lesson activity 
5. A daily activity such as comprehension questions

After you have uploaded an artifact, you must write a paragraph detailing the assignment you have chosen. You must do this after each artifact. Here are some questions you need to answer in your paragraph:
1. Why did you choose the particular assignment?
2. What process did you use to create the assignment?
3. What was the overall goal of the assignment?
4. What can you take away from the assignment?
5. How could you improve the assignment if you had another chance?
